About

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) is a severe hormone-based mood disorder, associated with an elevated risk of suicidality. This PMDD Curriculum Toolkit equips medical students with essential, evidence-based knowledge to recognise, diagnose, and support patients with PMDD from day one of their careers. You will learn about Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) over four short core modules: - Core module 1: PMDD symptoms, diagnosis and management - Core module 2: Wider challenges of PMDD - Core module 3: Ongoing research gaps for PMDD - Core module 4: Apply your learning The toolkit is supported by evidence-based resources from the International Association for Premenstrual Disorders (IAPMD UK) and the National Association for Premenstrual Syndromes (NAPS).
